Adicionalmente, <em data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1085\">Anexo B<\/em> exige que <strong data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1118\">sem fugas de ar<\/strong> ou queda na press\u00e3o de v\u00e1cuo podem ocorrer durante o teste de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora este teste seja informativo e n\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rio, desempenha um papel crucial para garantir um desempenho consistente e f\u00e1cil de utilizar.<\/p><h3>Encaixe e reten\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00eambolo<\/h3><p>A rolha do \u00eambolo deve encaixar firmemente no corpo da seringa. Para confirmar este facto, a seringa \u00e9 enchida at\u00e9 \u00e0 sua capacidade nominal e mantida na vertical - tanto na vertical como invertida.
